This document outlines the legal terms and conditions governing the Bhutan Journey Trip (“Trip”) organized by [Tour Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Company”. All participants, hereinafter referred to as “Participants”, must carefully read and acknowledge these terms before embarking on the Trip.
- Booking and Payment: Participants must submit a completed booking form. Along with the required deposit to secure a spot on the Trip. The remaining balance must pay before the stipulated deadline, as communicated by the Company. Failure to pay the full amount may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Travel Documents: Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents. It includes a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary permits for entry into Bhutan. The Company will not hold liable for any issues arising from inadequate or missing travel documentation.
- Itinerary Changes: While the Company endeavors to follow the agreed-upon itinerary. The circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, road conditions) may necessitate changes. The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary in such cases, ensuring a comparable experience.
- Health and Safety: Participants require to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before the Trip. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the journey. The Company shall not be liable for any health-related issues during the Trip.
- Travel Insurance: Participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen incidents. The Company may request proof of insurance before the Trip commences.
- Code of Conduct: Participants expected to adhere to a respectful and responsible code of conduct throughout the Trip. Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or actions that jeopardize the safety of others may lead to immediate expulsion from the Trip at the Participant’s expense.
- Liability Waiver: Participants understand and acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. The Company, its affiliates, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, or inconveniences arising from circumstances beyond their control.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Participants who wish to cancel their reservation must notify the Company in writing. Refund amounts will be based on the cancellation date and the Company’s refund policy as specified during booking.
- Photography and Media: Participants agree that the Company may capture photographs, videos, or other media during the Trip for promotional purposes. Participants grant the Company the right to use their likeness without compensation.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Trip and its terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts or dispute resolution mechanisms as per the laws of [Jurisdiction].
